Shipping - General Information
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or Filtered Beauty will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Filtered Beauty via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at info@filteredbeauty.com.au. Filtered Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
Australian Regular Post
We offer FREE Domestic shipping around Australia. We use Australia Post, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-7 business days from the date your order has been shipped*.

Australian Express Post
We charge a fee of $10 for all domestic express orders. We use Australia Post Airmail service, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Shipping lead time is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped*.

International Postage
We ship worldwide to Australia, New Zealand, Western Europe, North America and the Rest of the World. All orders are shipped by Australia Post for a flat rate of $12.
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Filtered Beauty has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Filtered Beauty will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
Returns Policy
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@filteredbeauty.com.au and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Filtered Beauty does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
*We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as everyone's skin is different and therefore results may vary.
Missing Items
We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.
